Shipping time varies depending on the destination of your order, Spain and Portugal between 1 and 3 working days (except islands), for the islands of both Portugal and Spain it may take up to 5 working days, for the rest of Europe the average time is 3 to 5 working days, these delivery times are an estimate based on average shipping times, however they are not guarantees and there may be occasional cases of delays, especially during festive seasons.
Deliveries are made by different logistics operators depending on the destination of the goods. In your account you can track your order and forward it to the carrier that is managing your delivery.
You must contact us immediately via our email on the contact page to have it corrected and to avoid extra shipping costs.
If your order has been returned due to an insufficient, incorrect or missing address, you will have to purchase a resend service. To do this, contact our team.
If your order has reached the completed or shipped status, you can track its shipment through the customer area under “My account” or through the page follow shipping.
All orders are sent in white bags with the carrier's logo, the outside does not mention the brand Vapora. If you have a special request, please inform our team.
