The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of notification.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, unless you have chosen a delivery option other than the least expensive ordinary delivery (in which case the resulting additional costs will not be refunded) without unjustified delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the return.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, without incurring any costs as a result of the refund, except for the costs of returning the product. In all cases, returned products must be in good condition, complete and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, in accordance with article 103 of RDL 1/2007:
